Sweet Dreams Group Coaching

— You've been white-knuckling your sleep for years.

It's time to stop.

A 6-week physician-led program for high-performing adults who are done lying awake at 2 AM and dreading their own bedroom.

What to Expect

Six weeks. Eight people. One physician-led framework that retrains your nervous system from the inside out so you stop bracing for bedtime and start trusting your body again.

This is not a course. It is not a set of sleep hygiene rules you already know and can't make stick. It is a clinical-grade behavioral retraining, delivered in a small group by a double board-certified sleep medicine physician who has spent 20 years treating the exact pattern you're stuck in.

Does this sound like you?

You crash into bed exhausted. And the moment your head hits the pillow, your brain switches on.

You lie there running tomorrow's calendar. Replaying the meeting. Watching the clock tick from 2:04 to 2:47 to 3:15 knowing you need to be sharp in five hours, and knowing that thought is making everything worse.

You've done the things. The sleep hygiene rules. The apps. The supplements. Melatonin. Magnesium. Calm. Headspace. The wearable that gave you a recovery score of 43 and made you feel like your body was actively failing you.

You've tried the prescriptions. Maybe they helped for a while. Maybe they scared you enough to stop. Either way, here you are.

You are accomplished. You perform at a high level at work and at home. You can solve almost anything.

And the bedroom has become the one room you cannot out-perform your way through.

By 9 PM your stomach tightens. You are dreading something that is supposed to be rest.

Here's what no one has told you yet: this is not a discipline problem. This is your nervous system stuck in a threat response that never got to switch off and that can change.

Why This Is Different

You've been here before. You've tried the things. You've seen enough sleep influencers and wellness accounts to be deeply skeptical that anything new is actually new.

So let's be direct.

Most sleep interventions treat poor sleep as a discipline failure more rules, earlier bedtimes, stricter routines, better tracking. If that worked for you, you wouldn't be here.

The SWEET DREAMS framework treats sleep as a nervous system safety issue. That distinction changes everything about the approach. When your nervous system has learned that bedtime is a threat that the bedroom is a place of failure no amount of discipline overrides that signal. The body has to relearn safety. That's what the next six weeks are for.

Sleep Dr. Chris brings something no sleep influencer, coach, or wellness app can offer:

20 years of clinical training that lets him tell the difference between a nervous system pattern that coaching can shift, and a medical issue that needs a physician's workup. You're not just getting a framework. You're getting someone who knows exactly where the framework ends and the medicine begins.

Neurodivergent Callout

Built for brains that don't respond to one-size-fits-all sleep advice.

If you have ADHD, are autistic, have sensory sensitivities, or simply have a nervous system that has never responded to standard sleep advice this program was built with you in mind.

The SWEET DREAMS framework centers nervous system regulation and rhythm over rigid rules. There is no "just go to bed at 10 PM." There is no "you need exactly 8 hours." The work meets your brain where it actually is, not where generic sleep content assumes it should be.

No shame about racing thoughts.

No shame about sensory needs.

No shame about non-standard schedules or the fact that every sleep hygiene checklist you've ever read felt like it was written for someone else.

It was. This one isn't.

The Details

Cohort 1 begins Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at 6:00 PM ET

6 weeks. 60 minutes each week. Maximum 8 participants.

Built on the SWEET DREAMS framework 11 clinically-informed principles each session builds on the last. You move from understanding why your sleep broke, to rebuilding the architecture of a nervous system that finally feels safe enough to rest.

01

pre-Week ONE: Your Baseline - Before the first call you'll complete a full baseline package: Sleep Baseline Assessment, Epworth Sleepiness Scale, Performance Reflection, Effort Audit, and Safety Inventory. This is your before data. You will want it when Week 6 comes around.

02

Week ONE: Safety + Biology - Why your nervous system is treating bedtime as a threat and what that means for everything you've tried before. The science of sleep as a safety signal, not a performance metric.

03

Week TWO: Exhaustion + Environment - The role your physical environment plays in perpetuating the anxiety-insomnia cycle, and how to change it without overhauling your life.

04

Week THREE: Body Signals + Downshift - Your body has been sending signals you've been overriding. This week is about learning to read them and building a downshift practice that actually works for your nervous system, not against it.

05

Week FOUR: Rhythm + Enough - The difference between a rigid sleep schedule and a rhythm your body can follow. What "enough" sleep actually means for you not for a population average.

06

Week FIVE: Behavior + Over-effort - The paradox at the center of chronic sleep problems: the harder you try to sleep, the harder sleep becomes. This week, you stop fighting.

07

Week SIX: Integration + What Comes Next - A 90-day sustainment plan built collaboratively in the room. A medical red flag checklist. A completion certificate. And the evidence file that shows you, in your own data, exactly what changed.

What You'll Walk Away With

By the end of 6 weeks, you will have:

A working understanding of why your sleep broke and why it can be repaired. Not a pep talk. A clinical reframe. Sleep is a nervous system safety issue, not a discipline problem. Once you understand that, you stop fighting yourself.

A personalized sleep architecture you built yourself. Not a protocol imposed on you your own rhythm, wind-down sequence, and environment, designed in real time using your actual sleep data. This is what makes it stick after the program ends.

Measurable improvement in your own data. Baseline metrics captured pre-Week 1 and reassessed at Week 6. Most participants see meaningful change in sleep onset time, nighttime awakenings, and sleep anxiety scores within the first three weeks.

A reliable response to the 2 AM wake-up. Specific, rehearsed techniques so the middle-of-the-night spiral stops being a 90-minute event. You'll know exactly what to do when it happens because it will still happen occasionally. That's the point.

Tools for the 9 PM stomach-tightening. The bedtime dread. The "what if tonight is bad too" loop. Built on nervous system regulation not positive thinking, not white-knuckling, not an app. For brains that have never responded to "just relax."

A 90-day sustainment plan. A written, personalized plan for the weeks and months after the program ends. Because the goal here is not rescue. It's reinforcement.

A medical red flag checklist. Clear guidance on when something is out of the coaching lane when sleep apnea, severe insomnia, or a parasomnia needs a physician's workup. Dr. Chris's MD makes this real. Most coaches cannot give you this.

Permission to stop performing your way through it. The identity shift underneath all the metrics: Your body isn't broken. It's learning how to feel safe again. This is the piece that changes how you sleep five years from now, not just six weeks from now.

Hi! I'm Sleep Dr. Chris

Double board-certified sleep medicine physician.

Over 20 years of clinical experience treating sleep disorders. insomnia, sleep apnea, anxiety-driven sleeplessness, and the complicated space where all three overlap.

But the reason I built this program isn't on my CV.

I built the group format because the people walking into my 1:1 program kept telling me the same thing they thought they were the only one.

The only physician who couldn't fix their own sleep. The only mom who'd been white-knuckling 2 AM wake-ups for six years. The only founder whose tracker shamed them every morning.

They weren't the only one. They were just isolated. And isolation is the one thing that makes sleep dysregulation worse.

I'm a deep believer in the SWEET DREAMS method, because I've seen, too many times, the difference it makes when someone finally has a framework that respects their biology instead of fighting it. People stop bracing for bedtime. They get themselves back.

Group coaching at this scale 8 people, physician-led, six weeks exists because the work goes faster when you stop hiding. You hear someone else describe the exact spiral you thought was uniquely yours, and something releases.

The nervous system doesn't just need rest. It needs to feel like the threat of being broken, the threat of being alone in this isn't real.

That's why I built it.

What people say about working with Sleep Dr. Chris

Lympia W

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

"The 14-day Sleep Anxiety Reset Guide was and continues to guide me to better quality sleep. I can confidently say I can shut my brain down for a good 6 hours without ruminating on anything and everything. It's taken a lot of self-reset, especially balancing motherhood and life. As you have highlighted — it's not a linear journey — but I am striving to be consistent."

Thomas B

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

"I have experienced a significant improvement in sleep due to eliminating checking the time during wake-ups — I had not realised how detrimental this practice was until I broke the habit. The deep breathing techniques have also been effective. PLEASE keep emailing me everything. I have distributed the material to a number of acquaintances."

Shameka M

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

"What felt most helpful was hearing information and medical advice from a licensed, trained doctor and professional. There is a lot of information from sleep specialists and consultants, and while I respect their advice, sometimes it feels like just the 'popular' thing from the next sleep guru."

Not the right fit

This program is not for everyone and being clear about that is part of how it works.

It's not the right fit if:

  • You have untreated or suspected obstructive sleep apnea (a clinical workup comes first)
  • You're managing active, severe insomnia that requires CBT-I or medical treatment
  • You're in acute mental health crisis
  • You're looking for a pill, a hack, or a passive fix
  • You're not willing to log sleep data daily or show up for weekly sessions

If any of those apply, this isn't your next step.

faq

What if I can't make a live session?

All sessions are recorded and available to cohort members through the end of the program, plus 30 days after your final session. We strongly encourage attending live, the work lands differently when you're in the room but if life happens, you won't fall behind.

Is this medical treatment?

No. This is coaching, not medical treatment, and does not establish a physician-patient relationship. Dr. Chris's MD means he can identify when something is out of the coaching lane and needs clinical attention and he'll tell you clearly when that's the case.

I've tried everything. Why will this be different?

Because most sleep programs treat poor sleep as a discipline problem. This one doesn't. The SWEET DREAMS framework treats sleep as a nervous system safety issue which means the work is about retraining how your body responds to bedtime, not adding more rules to an already full plate. If you've been white-knuckling it for years, that's not a character flaw. It's a signal you've been fighting the wrong battle.

Is this suitable if I have ADHD, autism, or sensory sensitivities?

Yes, explicitly. The SWEET DREAMS framework centers nervous system regulation and rhythm, which makes it effective for neurodivergent adults who haven't responded to generic sleep advice. No rigid rules, no shame-based frameworks.

What's the refund policy?

7-day satisfaction guarantee. Attend Week 1, and if you feel the program isn't right for you, email us before Week 2 begins for a full refund. After Week 2 starts, the program is non-refundable.

What's the difference between the group program and the 1:1?

The group program (this one) is the entry point, physician-led, cohort of 8, built on the same SWEET DREAMS framework. The 1:1 Sweet Dreams Sleep Optimization Intensive is a fully private, personalized experience for those who want direct one-on-one time with Dr. Chris.
