I’m Dr. Christopher J. Allen, but most people call me Sleep Doctor Chris. I’m a double board-certified physician in sleep medicine and pediatric neurology, and I’ve spent over 20 years helping families navigate sleep challenges.
I’m also a dad, so I know firsthand how exhausting bedtime battles, night waking, and early mornings can be. My goal is to give parents practical, science-backed strategies that actually work, without the guilt or frustration.
I earned my medical degree from Wayne State University, completed my Pediatric and Child Neurology residency at the University of Chicago Medical Center, and finished my fellowship at the University of Michigan. Over the years, I’ve specialized in diagnosing and treating sleep disorders like sleep apnea, insomnia, and restless leg syndrome, and I bring that experience into every solution I share with families.
